What saju sees in 戊

Saju pictures 戊 as a mountain, or a great wall of earth: big, still and hard to move. The tradition reads it as reliability, patience and a calm that other people lean on.

Mountains keep what they are given, so saju reads 戊 as loyal and private. It doesn't show everything it feels. The usual caution is inertia: a mountain finds change slow and can stop listening.

Classical texts call 戊 solid and upright. They say that when it is kept moist, everything grows on it, while too much fire dries it out, and that it prefers stillness to clashes.

No. The Earth of a birth year is the year element most zodiac sites give. Your Day Master is the top character of your day pillar, so it comes from the day you were born. Someone born in a Earth year can have any of the ten Day Masters.

How do I know if I'm a Yang Earth Day Master?
